ARTICLE 1: ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By creating an account, accessing or using the services provided by Casino Purple ("Services"), you (the "User") acknowledge that you have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please discontinue your use of the Services.

ARTICLE 2: DEFINITIONS

In these Terms and Conditions:

• "Casino Purple" means Casino Purple, a company providing online services.
• "Services" mean all products, software, features, information, tools, documentation, training, consulting, support or other assistance provided by Casino Purple to you under this Agreement.
• "Account" means the online account created by User for accessing and using Services.

ARTICLE 3: USE OF SERVICES

You agree not to use Services in a manner that is:

1. Unlawful;
2. Abusive or harassing towards others;
3. Infringing upon rights of Casino Purple, its employees, agents, contractors or partners.
4. Defamatory, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable.

ARTICLE 4: ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login information. You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect that any unauthorized access has occurred or is likely to occur in respect of your Account.

ARTICLE 5: PAYMENT TERMS AND FEES

Payment terms and fees applicable to Services will be made known to User upon request, subject to the limitations on disclosure set forth under this Agreement. User acknowledges that payment for certain services may not be refundable as detailed below.

ARTICLE 6: PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

All intellectual property rights in and to Casino Purple's proprietary software, documentation, trade secrets, concepts, methodologies, processes, algorithms or techniques (collectively referred to as "Casino Purple Proprietary Information") are owned exclusively by us. You agree not to use, reproduce, disclose or distribute any such information without our prior written consent.

ARTICLE 7: SUPPORT AND COMMUNICATION

We will provide reasonable support services in the event that you experience difficulties with Services.

ARTICLE 8: TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION

We may at any time:

1. Cancel your access to Services;
2. Terminate this Agreement upon written notice.
3. Suspend, limit or restrict Services for security or other reasons deemed necessary by Casino Purple without prior notification.

You agree that termination and cancellation under these Terms shall not affect our rights in relation to payment of fees for the duration leading up to such termination.

ARTICLE 9: LIMITED LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Casino Purple provides its services "as is" with no express or implied warranty as to accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, performance, merchantability, quality or otherwise. We are not liable for any indirect losses including but not limited to loss of profits.

ARTICLE 10: CHANGES AND UPDATES TO TERMS

Casino Purple reserves its right to change, modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to access Services after changes become effective, you acknowledge that such use will constitute your acceptance of those terms as modified.

By agreeing to this contract the parties understand that the courts under whose jurisdiction they are situated are recognized as competent for all purposes arising hereunder.

ARTICLE 11: ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between User and Casino Purple, replacing any prior or contemporaneous agreements whether written or oral. No modifications to this Agreement will be binding unless made in writing signed by both parties.

This document is a comprehensive statement of all agreed-upon terms and conditions governing your use of our services.
